Discipline expands capacity.
It creates structure where there was disorder. It establishes consistency where there was instability. It develops the habits necessary to sustain growth over time.
A person may possess tremendous potential, but potential without discipline rarely produces lasting results.
At KDP, discipline is not viewed as restriction. It is viewed as preparation.
The greater the assignment, the greater the need for structure. The greater the influence, the greater the need for stewardship.
Capacity grows when discipline becomes a lifestyle rather than an occasional effort.
